Job Responsibilities
1. Perform equipment maintenance regularly according to the maintenance plan to improve equipment utilization rate;
2. Be responsible for the equipment maintenance, repair and customer relationship maintenance of Siemens DSA in the region;
3. Regularly summarize and analyze maintenance tasks to strengthen and improve maintenance skills;
4. Assist relevant product technical support to solve technical problems and improve customer satisfaction;
5. Provide users with operation guidance training and daily technical support;
6. Strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations and work processes, and actively cooperate with leadership scheduling.
Job requirements
1. Graduated from related majors such as electronic information engineering, medical electronic engineering, medical equipment application technology, electrical engineering, radio technology, computer, etc.;
2. Familiar with after-sales service process, good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility;
3. Have a sense of teamwork, work seriously, carefully and steadily;
4. Have maintenance experience of Siemens DSA equipment;
5. Able to adapt to frequent business trips across the country.
